The level of MDA was significantly increased (*P<0.005) in cells treating with the nanoreactor.
XX Yang et al investigates the function of a nanoreactor that can induce ferroptosis of tumor cells by releasing DHA and iron. Malondialdehyde (MDA) of Lewis lung cancer cells was determined using MDA colorimetric assay kit (E-BC-K025-S).
It is recommended to take 2~3 samples with expected large difference to do pre-experiment before formal experiment and dilute the sample according to the result of the formal experiment and the detection range (0.38-133.33 nmol/mL).
The recommended dilution factor for different samples is as follows (for reference only):

Asked: I have used an MDA kit with code E-BC-K025-S and a CuZn-SOD/Mn-SOD kit. I want to ask where I can get the normal range of results that I get from the human serum test

Answered: The following data are some of the results of our verification, you can also find some literatures to get the normal range ya: MDA---E-BC-K025-M---11.66 μmol/L CuZn-SOD/Mn-SOD----E-BC-K022-S---72 U/mL
