Fluorochromes
Elabscience® offers a wide range of fluorochrome dyes that span different spectra and are suitable for various detection channels. Additionally, activated dyes are available to fulfill your more specific experimental requirements.
In selecting dyes, it is essential to choose based on the key characteristics of the dyes, such as the relative brightness of the fluorochrome dye, its wavelength range, potential spillover with other fluorochromes, and considering the instrument's laser and detection channel configurations. When performing multi-color detection, the spillover between different dyes within the same channel must be taken into account. Elabscience® provides the necessary information on various fluorochrome dyes to aid in your selection.
