Asked: I\'m using this kit to detect intraepidermal nerve fiber density in formalin-fixed paraffin sectioned skin biopsy, I get the nerves but heavy background at the keratinocytes due to endogenous biotin non-specific staining, other kits get reliable results than this. So, what am I doing wrong? what is the appropriate concentration and application time? I used 1:200 up to 1:400 and incubation time 30 to 60 minutes, nearly the same results?
