Western Antibody Dilution Buffer (Block Quickly)

Introduction

Elabscience ® new generation of Western Antibody Dilution Buffer（Block Quickly）is the highly effective primary antibody dilution buffer. It is significantly better than the traditional primary antibody diluent based on BSA, skimmed milk powder, etc. which can be used for the dilution of Western blotting primary antibody.

Western Antibody Dilution Buffer（Block Quickly）can effectively save antibody. The antibody diluted and prepared by this product can be stored and used at 4°C for no less than 6 months, and can be repeatedly used in Western Blotting, which is beneficial to saving the antibodies.

Western Antibody Dilution Buffer（Block Quickly）was incubated with a very low background. This diluent contains no serum or albumin, ensuring an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio.

This product has good compatibility. It is compatible with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and biotin labeled secondary antibody. This product does not contain biotin and will not interfere with biotin based detection.

This product is easy to use, which does not need to add any additional reagent, and can be directly used for the dilution of antibodies.

Experimental Procedure

1. Refer to the manuals of the primary antibody, and the content of the target protein in the sample, dilute the primary antibody according to the appropriate proportion, such as 1:500, 1:1000, etc. (for the specific dilution ratio, please dilute according to the rate of the manuals).

2. After the diluting of antibody with appropriate proportion, the mixture can be directly used for the incubation of western blotting experiment.

Storage

Store at 2~8°C for 12 months.
