Elabscience Bionovation Inc. hereby officially announces that bioNova cientifica, s.l. is appointed as the exclusive distributor of Elabscience's ELISA Kits in Spain for the year 2024. bioNova cientifica, s.l. is granted sole rights to market, promote, distribute, and sell Elabscience's ELISA Kits within the territory of Spain.

Elabscience has full confidence in bioNova cientifica, s.l.'s ability to represent our brand and provide exceptional support to researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals in Spain. We encourage all customers and partners in Spain to engage directly with bioNova cientifica, s.l. for all inquiries and orders related to Elabscience's ELISA Kits.

This statement shall remain in effect from Janurary 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
