How to order over the Phone/Email?

Please provide the following:
Caller's Name, Institution ,Telephone Number and Email ID
Catalog Number(s) (with Package Size and Description if applicable) and Quantity
Shipping and Billing Address
Credit Card Information and PO number
Then the invoice containing above info will be sent to your email box for you to confirm.
Generally, your order will be shipped in 3 business days after received your payment.

How can I order product in my country?

Please email to orders@elabscience.com, you will be replied in 24 business hours. Then you can get reply if order from us directly, or order from your local distributor. Or please call us. You will get reply more efficiently.

Do you offer trial size?

Flow Cytometry Antibodies:10Tests could be offered for free.

Functional Antibodies:10ug could be offered for free.

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibodies: 10ul could be offer for free.

Apoptosis and Cell Health Detection: 20 Assays could be offer for free.

ELISA: 24Tests could be offered for free.

Freight charges: If you have your international express account (DHL, FedEx or UPS is much preferred), you could choose your account freely. If trail samples are shipped under our account, freight fees will be charged according to different zone divided by DHL , FedEx or UPS.

How to make payment?

A. Generally, we accept bank transfer. After you have confirmed the Proforma Invoice (it contains our bank account.), please arrange payment accordingly.

B. We accept all major credit card including Visa, Master Card and American Express. As for credit card, you need to offer Credit Card Type, Cardholder name, Credit card number and expiry date.

How do I know if you received my order?

Once your order has been received, we will promptly send you a confirmation email with the estimated lead time and invoice for your review and confirmation.

On the day your order is shipped, we will send you a separate shipping notification email including the tracking number, so you can conveniently monitor the status of your shipment.

How long it takes to receive my order?

For standard products, the lead time is 7 business days after receiving your payment or payment slip. For customized products, the lead time may vary depending on the specific requirements and will be confirmed separately.

If you are a new customer of Elabscience®, please click here to register for an account.If you already have an account, log in to your account, find the products you need, add them to your shopping cart, and select your preferred payment method: Authorize.net (Credit Card), Check, or Purchase Order (PO).

Please Note:

Check is only to customers in North America.
Authorize.net (Credit Card) is available only to customers in North America, Nigeria, Cameroon, Pakistan, and Lebanon.

Customers from other countries or regions should select Purchase Order (Global) as the payment method. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order to assist you with the payment process.

How do I save the products of my cart for later use?

To save the products in your cart and order later, click on the “Add to Cart” button. To submit the order, click on the “Check Out” button.

How do I view my online order history?

To view previous orders, click on “Order History” in the navigation pane on the left side of the page.

Can I track a shipped order?

On the day your order is shipped, we will send you a separate shipping notification email including the tracking number, so you can conveniently monitor the status of your shipment.

How to apply for discount for bulk order?

You could contact our distributors or orders@elabscience.com for bulk order quotation.

How to change or cancel order?

If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us firstly. Change or cancel order involving custom service or products which have been shipped we will charge a reagent recovery fee of 50% of the custom service and/or product price. All custom service orders are final sale.
