Asked: How many reactions can be done with this kit as you have mentioned 100 Assays (Can detect 50 samples without duplication) Can you please clarify.

Answered: Because each sample is required for a control, it only detect 50 samples. 100Assays=50 sample tubes +50 control tubes (each sample need a control)
