background | CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), which is expressed in bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells (including neutrophils), follicular centroblasts, some mature B lymphocytes and parafollicular T lymphocytes. CD10 is also found in the upper layer of intestinal brush border cells, liver cholangiocarcinoma, glomeruli and renal tubular cells, alveolar cells, myoepithelial cells, breast, sweat gland, salivary gland, prostate cells and a small number of fibroblasts. CD10 is expressed in most acute lymphoblastic leukemia, follicular lymphoma and Burkitt's lymphoma.
