Multiple immunohistochemistry (mIHC) utilizes tyramide signal amplification (TSA) technology. Antibodies validated for conventional IHC or IHC-P are generally not suitable for this technique. Please check the datasheet; if mIHC is listed as a validated application, the antibody can be used for multiplex IHC.
