Tips:
1. The CD3/CD4/CD8 cells are easy to be distinguished, and even without an Isotype Control, they can effectively distinguish between positive and negative cell populations.
2. Isotype Control for CD45RA and CD161 is suggested for auxiliary gating.
3. The phenotype of rat B cells is CD3-CD45RA+, and the phenotype of NK cells is CD3-CD161+.
