Tips:
1. In tumor tissue, the majority cells are tumor cells, and the proportion of lymphocytes is relatively low. CD45 and SSC can be used to gate the lymphocytes.
2. The lymphocyte gate in tumor cells is defined as the gate of CD45high and SSClow on the CD45/SSC scatter plot.
