Grace's Insect Medium was originally used for the culture of Antherea eucalypti cells of the Australian White Star Orange-Orange Silkworm Moth, and with appropriate supplementation, Grace's Insect Medium can be used to grow a variety of insect cells, including cells of a variety of lepidoptera and some dipteroptera.
