Product Details
Detection Principle | Lactase decomposes lactose to produce glucose. Under the action of enzyme, glucose produces hydrogen peroxide. In the presence of chromogenic oxygen receptors, peroxidase catalyzes hydrogen peroxide to produce colored substances. Lactase activity can be calculated by measuring the OD value at 505 nm. | ||||||||||
