Asked: Hi to see the enzymatic antioxidant NOS increased in blood but I assayed neuronal NOS 1 . Does it carry any relevance with melasma. 2 want to understand how to calculate enzyme activity through Elisa kit . Like H1113,,H0742 and SOD1 . Please help me to understand What should be V1,V2 and what is control is it standard blank What is time of change in Absorbance let’s please help .

Answered: These kits measure the concentration of the target, not activity. In general, there is no conversion between activity and concentration. Unfortunately, we do not know how these three targets convert concentration into activity at present. E-EL-5410, E-EL-H0742 and E-EL-H 1113 are all kits for double antibody sandwich principle detection, that is, concentration and absorbance are in a positive relationship, in which the blank hole is the background hole, and the blank hole needs to be deducted when calculating the concentration, and then the corrected value.

Asked: Hello, please how do I get the value for Cpr when using the formula for tissue sample in my calculations?
Reply
adminSubmitted [ Nov 07 2022 ]
Answered: Hi Blessing, Thanks for your enquiry. The Cpr stands for the protein concentration of the detected samples, you need another assay kit to test protein concentrations. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Asked: I can\'t use cuvette tubes for many reasons related to availability of it and spectrometer. Can I use 96 plate instead please?
Reply
adminSubmitted [ Aug 17 2022 ]
Answered: I'll never recommend you to do so. But there is E-BC-K136-M which is designed for 96-well plate specifically.

Asked: Hi I want to ask if I want to measure Total antioxidant capacity in small intestine tissue of rat and number of test I require 75 sample can I use this kit and how many kit I require if I use kit for 100 assay thank you

adminSubmitted [ Nov 30 2018 ]
Answered: This kit of 100 assays could detect 50 samples with no duplication. So you need 2 kits of 100 assays if you won't test the samples in duplication.
