Asked: Dear Elabscience Support Team, I recently purchased the Total Glutathione (T-GSH)/Oxidized Glutathione (GSSG) Colorimetric Assay Kit from your company. According to the product instructions, it mentions that Reagent 2, Reagent 3, Reagent 4, Reagent 8, and Reagent 9 should be stored at -20°C, while the others should be stored at 2-8°C. However, the entire product package was delivered to me at 2-8°C. I would like to know if it is acceptable for the reagents, which require different storage temperatures, to be stored in the same box without opening the packaging. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

Answered: Dear Cagatay Oltulu, Thanks for your interest in Elabscience products. We generally transport the kit with ice pack within 2 weeks, it can be used normally. The overall temperature of the kit in the short-term transportation process is 2-8℃, which has little impact on the reagent. After receiving the kit, you can store the reagent at the corresponding temperature according to the manual. For any other question, please let us know. Regards,
