| Detection Principle |
Adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) is a class of enzymes that catalyze the conversion of ATP into ADP and inorganic phosphate. The catalytic process releases energy and drives a variety of cellular activities, such as ion transmembrane transport and muscle contraction. Guanosine triphosphatase (GTPase) catalyzes the conversion of GTP into GDP and inorganic phosphate. GTPases play key roles in signal transduction, protein synthesis, and cytoskeleton regulation. |
