Suggestions for the use of reagents: P10 (PBS Buffer, pH7.4 (10×)) and P10T (PBST Buffer, pH7.4 (10×)) need to be diluted with deionized water into 1× working solution before use. 3. Gel suspension and affinity gel This kit provides affinity gel in the form of gel suspension. The content of affinity gel in gel suspension is 50%. Before use, gently re-suspend gel suspension, and then use as required. For example, 2mL gel suspension contains 1mL affinity gel. 4. Recommendations for use of gel Do not freeze or dry the gel, and do not sonicate the gel. Do not allow the acid treatment time of gel to exceed 10min. |
