Product Introduction	Ham's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is a culture medium designed by Ham for CHO cell serum-free culture in 1963. Ham's F- 10 contains rich nutrients and is suitable for human diploid cell culture, clonaling culture of cells under low serum conditions, normal culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of white blood cells, and primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals. Ham's F-10 contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for various types of cell culture, but does not contain protein, lipids or any growth factors. So, the product should be used with serum-free additives.
