1. Transportation and preservation: This reagent kit is transported under refrigerated conditions. After receiving the product, please remove the magnetic frame C and store it at room temperature; Store other components at of the kit 4°C. 2. Suggestions for the use of reagents: P10 (PBS Buffer, pH7.4 (10×)) and P10T (PBST Buffer, pH7.4 (10×)) need to be diluted into 1 × working solution with deionized water before use. 3. Suggestion for using ProteinA/G magnetic beads: When mixing the magnetic beads, please use methods such as gentle vortex, upside down inversion, and shaking the bed to mix well. Do not centrifuge or dry magnetic beads, do not sonicate the magnetic beads, and do not treat magnetic beads with acid for more than 10min. 4. Acidic eluent selection: It has been shown that Arginine-HCL at pH 3.0 can reduce protein denaturation and prolong the lifetime of affinity gels compared to traditional Glycine-HCL eluents. You can also choose your own acidic eluent according to the actual situation. 5. Affinity of Protein A/G binding to IgG of various species: The binding affinity of antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgD) to Protein A/G varies among different species.
