This product already includes all the components needed for the growth of mouse splenic CD4+ T cells (magnetically isolated / negatively selected). It is serum-free, requiring no additional ingredients, and can be used directly for the in vitro maintenance culture of mouse splenic CD4+ T cells (magnetically isolated / negatively selected). Cell viability can be maintained above 50% for 3–5 days. Due to cell characteristics, non-activated cells cannot be cultured long-term in vitro. 5. To preserve optimal performance, avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature or higher temperatures. 6. This product is intended for research use only and is not for clinical or other applications. |
