Product Introduction |
This Normal Rabbit Blocking Buffer is suitable for sample sealing in immunohistochemical or immunofluorescence experiments. It can block the non-specific binding sites of proteins in the samples to be tested, and also block the endogenous Fc fragment binding sites in the samples to block the binding of antibodies to the Fc receptors in the samples, thus reducing the background and false positive.
When selecting the blocking buffer, it should be noted that the blocking buffer should not contain the target protein, and the source of the blocking buffer is different from that of the primary antibody, which can be blocked with the same source of the secondary antibody. |
