3. This product provides affinity magnetic beads in the form of a suspension. Before use, gently re-suspend the magnetic bead suspension and then use it as required.
4. This product needs to maintain a pH of 6-8, avoid high-speed centrifugation, drying, or freezing; Do not place the magnetic beads in a magnetic field for a long time, otherwise it may cause the beads to clump.
5. Before use, this product should be properly and thoroughly re-suspended, that is, inverted several times to mix the magnetic beads evenly. The mixing operation should be gentle and not violent vortex vibration, etc., to avoid antibody denaturation.
6. Do not centrifuge, freeze, or dry magnetic beads, do not sonicate the magnetic beads, and do not allow acid treatment of magnetic beads for more than 10 minutes.
7. When mixing the magnetic beads, please use methods such as gentle blowing with a pipette, gentle vortex, upside down, and shaking the bed to mix.
8. Relevant reagents for supporting use must be prepared by the laboratory itself.
9. Antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgD) of different species have different binding affinity with Protein G. Please read this manual carefully when using them Annex.
