| General Information |
Enterotoxin (SE) is a pathogenic substance that causes Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning. According to its antigenicity, it is divided into 8 serotypes A-E, G-I, among which SEA is the most common. Maximum residue limit by WTO and FUDA for animal tissues may be set also for agricultural pesticides that are not approved for use on animals but are used on commodities fed to animals. |
