Notes 1. This product is limited to scientific research by professionals and cannot be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
2. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves for operation.
3. Before use, this product should be properly and thoroughly re-suspended, that is, gently invert several times to evenly mix the magnetic beads, and should not be subjected to severe vortex vibration, etc., to avoid protein denaturation.
4. It is recommended to design positive and negative control groups during immunoprecipitation or purification.
5. The type and size of the molecule to be bound and the method and degree of biotin labeling will affect the binding efficiency, so it is recommended to determine the specific amount of magnetic beads by dilution method.
6. Free biotin will reduce the binding ability of this magnetic bead, so after biotin labeling, it is necessary to remove excess free biotin using methods such as desalination columns.
7. After collecting protein samples, purification should be completed as soon as possible and should always be placed at 4 o C or in an ice bath to slow down protein degradation or denaturation.
8. Magnetic beads eluted with acidic solution or eluted with SDS-PAGE cannot be reused. To minimize the shedding of streptavidin, do not centrifuge, freeze, or dry magnetic beads, do not use ultrasonication to treat magnetic beads, and do not allow acid treatment of magnetic beads for more than 10 minutes.
9. This product provides affinity magnetic beads in the form of a suspension. Before use, gently re-suspend the magnetic bead suspension and then use it according to the requirements.
