Aflatoxin M1 belongs to mycotoxins , which is the hydroxylated metabolite of aflatoxin B1 in animals. It is highly toxic and carcinogenic, harmful to liver tissue, and may induce milk allergy and liver cancer. Therefore, strict control of feed has become the key to controlling aflatoxin M1 pollution. |
