Asked: 1. What is the detection range (maximum and minimum limit of detection) for this product? 2. In the product manual on page 3, the 11th point of notes says, \" If the test result is positive, the instrumental methods like HPLC can be used for quantitative confirmation.\" Does it mean that the results from this kit aren\'t relying on their own?

Answered: 1. Detection range: detection limit-Sample dilution factor*Standard Liquid(Maximum) For example: E-TO-E003 cereals sample Sample dilution factor: 50, detection limit: 150 ppb Standard Liquid(Maximum): 243ppb detection range: 150-12150ppb 2. In fact, there are certain limitations in any test method. Because of the limitations of antigen-antibody reaction, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. However, this does not mean that the test result of the kit is wrong. Please combine other test methods. This test cannot be used as the only standard for results.
