The recovery of Human Aβ1-42 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

1. Add 100μL standard or sample to the wells. Incubate for 90 min at 37°C |

We will make a toxicity model of amyloid-beta 1-42 peptides by incubating for fibrillation and then adding them to the cell. Next, we\\\'ll look at how a drug affects the release of amyloid-beta 1-42 from the cell in this model. Does this kit interact with fibrillated amyloid 1-42? And if there are peptides left without fibrillation in the medium, do they cause wrong result with those released amyloid-beta 1-42 from the cell? Answered: We are sorry that we have not verified the cell supernatant at present, and have not done toxicity verification, so we are not sure about the influence of toxic drugs on the cell culture medium. It is recommended to do a preliminary experiment to determine the applicability

Answered: Hello Ashwini S kumar,thank you for your support.Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to store saliva samples at -80 ° C for less than 3 months. Therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of samples measured after 7 months, so we suggest customers to prepare fresh samples for testing.

Asked: I have a question to as about the Amyloid beta detected using this ELISA kit. What is the form of Amyloid beta 42 that is detected from cell lysate versus cell culture supernatant from cell culture? Does the AB42 detected from cell culture supernatant means soluble form of Amyloid Beta 42 and from the cell lysates are Amyloid Beta 42 that internalized in the cells? Hope can get some clarifications from the product specialist. Feel free to suggest any literatures/papers for a better understanding about AB42 detected from cell lysates and culture supernatant.
