| General Information |
The fungi that produce ochratoxin A (OTA) in nature are mainly Aspergillus ochraceus, Penicillium verrucosum and Aspergillus carbonarius. OTA often contaminates various crops and foods, including grains, beans and soy products, spices, tea and animal feed.
