Introduction
Elabscience® DAB Detection kit can be used for immunohistochemical development. DAB (3,3N-Diaminobenzidine Tertrahydrochloride) is a common substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase, DAB will produce a brown precipitate.
Instructions
DAB Concentrate (20×) is a concentrate solution, dilute the DAB Concentrate (20×) with DAB Substrate to 1× DAB working solution before use. For example: add 10 μL of DAB Concentrate (20×) to 190 μL of DAB Substrate and mix fully.
Note: The prepared 1× DAB working solution should be used within 4 hours, and be protected from light.

The reagents are valid within 6 months after opening.
Cautions
1. For maximal assay performance, this reagent should be used within 12 months. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
2. This kit is for research use only. For your safety and health, please wear the lab coat and disposable gloves before the experiments.
3. The positive and negative controls should be set up during the experiment to prevent possible false positive and false negative results.
4. Please dry the liquid around the slice during the experiment to prevent weakening the dyeing intensity.
