Butyl Focurose 4FF-coupled hydrophobic ligands can interact with some hydrophobic groups on the surface of proteins or antibodies under high ionic strength conditions (high ionic strength will increase the interaction between ligands and hydrophobic groups), thus to achieve the purpose of separation and purification. Butyl Focurose 4FF is mainly used for capture of initial samples and moderate purification of samples.
