Asked: I have a question about PB and NaCl concentration. Looking at my printed manual, it is recommended to prepare 0.25 mg/mL. In my case, I purchased 50 ug of Osteoprotegerin (PKSH033573), so I added 200 uL of sterile water. In this case, are concentrations of PB and NaCl in my solution 20 mM and 150 mM, respectively?
