Background

Enterotoxin (SE) is a pathogenic substance that causes Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning. According to its antigenicity, it is divided into 8 serotypes A-E, G-I, among which SEA is the most common. Enterotoxins in food are not easily inactivated during processing, which can cause symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, and in severe cases, can cause multiple organ dysfunction and even life-threatening. This kit is a new generation of Staphylococcus aureus total enterotoxin (SET) detection product developed by ELISA technology, which can minimize operating errors.
